The Valehart Project

Advancing the understanding of AI × Human Interaction Forensics.

Valehart focuses on accountability in AI deployment by analysing human–AI interaction patterns and the organisational incentives that shape them.

The project applies an interaction-forensics approach to examine how artificial language models are used in practice, where responsibility is displaced, and how governance breaks down under real-world conditions.

We help guide businesses implement AI without promoting competition or advocacy and keeping the public informed.

WHAT WE DO
FORENSICS
Deep-dive investigation into AI interaction anomalies and patterns.
ANALYSIS
Quantitative analysis of interaction vectors across human, institutional, system, and narrative domains.
RESEARCH
Investigating the socio-technical dynamics between humans, institutions, and artificial systems.
INSIGHT
Actionable intelligence for systems and institutions.
OPERATIONAL METHODOLOGY
// 01. VECTOR DEFINITION
We do not analyse individuals. A Vector is a role, position, or conduit through which interaction pressure propagates. Defined by domain and subject, their behavior is shaped by regime context, not personality.
// 02. ANALYTICAL ENGINE (ABI)
Powered by Activity Based Intelligence. Unlike static templates, ABI focuses on "Patterns of Life." It is a data-driven, automated approach to finding meaning in complex activity streams, revealing hidden relationships and anomalies in the noise.
A role-bounded entity or position through which human–system interactions are initiated, amplified, constrained, or redirected.

Interaction Vectors are defined by domain and subject; their behaviour is shaped by regime context and, where necessary, specific entities or products.
